Top-class hotel, exceptionally comfortable beds, good service. Good hot breakfast with plenty of food, amazingly nice staff. Stunning, fab location in Agadir Bay district really close to the promenade nearby, the sea and the promenade along the sea, and Agadir over the winter months...

Very nice staff, funny animation team, at dinner an endless loop of a song - maybe play something else. There is a lack of fresh air in the spa area. Thank you for a relaxing holiday.
Endless loop of music at dinner. Fresh air in the spa area

Beautiful room with balcony and sea view. A wonderful bed. Great Manager Youssuf.
Mass production and the hectic pace of breakfast. . . Much too long ways at the buffets!

The rooms were very noisy, should be soundproof, as promised on the website. We've heard every single word the next room-mate said.

Our sea view room provided amazing sunsets and beach waves, making our honeymoon lovely. The dedicated staff, especially Amine and Mohsin, made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Only localtion.. But there are many other good hotels on the beach and better than this bad hotel.
I booked for five nights and after the first night I left this horrible hotel. I have never seen in my life like this hotel. It took me more than 3 hours to check in !!!!!. Reception informed me that I have to pay for the safety box in the room while it was not mentioned on the Booked.net that safety box is chargeable. What worse, after 4 hours, a family of three people came to my room and told me this is our room.. I told them it is my room and after few minute I received a call from the reception saying who are you?!!!!! What happened, the reception staff in the morning did not register me on the system!!!!!!. What shocked me more is that next day when I told the staff you did not register me on the system, they did not even apology at all. It is just a normal mistake that they are doing every day. Finally, I found roaches on the room and I could not sleep all night because of noise all over the rooms around me. This hotel is not more than one star hotel with staff that can work in a mechanical workshop not a hotel. I really do not recommend this hotel at all.

Super comfortable rooms with large balcony facing the sea!
Very bad breakfast with unfriendly, seemingly annoyed staff.

Place
Breakfast (taste, choice, service). Personnel (too little, partly unfriendly). Double bed consisting of two single beds, which are constantly moving away from each other.

How they smart to stole your money!!
The real problem with this hotel is the staff, they try so badly to get the money from your pocket for doing nothing to help you!! Also you can't bring food and drink from out side at least you give them bribe!!. They want you to buy from the hotel which the price is really high and not fair at all!! If you want to order any things in side the hotel make sure to ask for the ball or they will charge you double. As well whenever you want to check out take a look for the details in your ball cause they tried to get 270 Dirham from me for using the bar in side my room!! And I did not get anything from it at all even water. Finally, it's trouble experiences with them.

It was just an optimal selection for a weekend getaway in Agadir with good value for price. The private beach was perfect with golden sand and crystal clear waters. Try to request late check-out if you can.

The hotel was perfect for our family, with two large pools and five waterslides that my grandchildren loved! The spacious sun terrace allowed us to soak up the sun while the animation team organized fun activities. The staff were friendly and.
My children wished the dining options were more varied and flavorful.
